Cross-border weekend safari on Cross-country skis

The package includes: 2x overnight stay in the youth hotel Punkl in Ravne na Koroškem, getting to know the cross-country trails in Črna na Koroška with a 3-hour cross-country ski course (beginner or advanced), 2x rental of crosscountryskiing equipment, organization of a cross-countryskiing safari, getting to know and running along the tracks of the Pirkdorfer Lake Cross-Country Arena and a ticket to the cross-country training ground Pirkdorfer Lake.

Optionally, we organize for you: on Friday, upon arrival at the destination, dinner at the Gradišnik Tourist Farm in Šentanel, on Saturday culinary pampering at the Juvan Tourist Farm in Črna na Koroškem, on Sunday lunch at the Oben Panorama restaurant in Mount Peca and a gondola ride to Mount Peca.

PROGRAM

DAY 1

Arrival and welcome upon arrival at the destination Carinthia - at the youth hotel Punkl in Ravne, Carinthia. A brief overview of the Cross-Border Weekend Safari program.

DAY 2

In the morning we will go to our top Outdoor village at the end of the Mežiška valley - Črna na Koroškem, where you will get to know crosscountry skiing on one of the most beautiful cross-country tracks in Carinthia - the Loge track in Črna, Carinthia. In the 3-hour beginner cross-country skiing course, we will teach you the basics of cross-country skiing - in classic or free-skate technique. We can also provide you with a continuation or improvement course in cross-country skiing - we adapt everything to your wishes and interests. After 3 hours of cross-country skiing, we will take you through the most beautiful village in Carinthia, and for an additional fee we will organize a culinary experience in Črna, Carinthia at the Juvan Tourist Farm with wonderful views of the surrounding peaks.

Full of impressions, we return to Youth Hotel Punkl in the late afternoon, where you can indulge in the warm feeling of the Ravne winter pool or jump into one of the many saunas (wellness center).

DAY 3

In the morning we will drive to the Cross-Countryskiing Arena on Pirkdorfer Lake in Austria, where we will thoroughly get to know the cross-country course there and try our hand at a biathlon race.

After the cross-country pampering, we organize a gondola ride for you to the Carinthian ski resort Petzen-Peca and try Austrian Carinthian specialties at the panoramic restaurant on the top of Peca called Oben for an additional fee. The view from this restaurant reaches all the way to Slovenia and towards the Koralp.

After lunch comes the end of a wonderful weekend safari on cross-country skis.
